One of the best ways to close a deal is to be a great listener. Spending time with a new client isn't about just selling them a property. For me it's about listening to them very carefully, taking inventory of their emotions when looking at properties. Understanding how they see themselves in a particular home and then checking the boxes to help them make a well informed decision to purchase. How do you spend your time with a new client?
