Ep 283: November Energy Forecast

As we know, October was a very charged month energetically in more ways than one. I wish I could say that the energy of the next few months is going to be easy. But I can’t. However, that doesn't mean we can't bring in peace, loving kindness energies to support.

At this time, there is a lot to process and hold in our hearts and what may seem like more questions rather than any answers. Even when it feels like this, it is beneficial to remember that each of us has this incredible gift of life. From observing and understanding energy/consciousness, I feel that we are all, every one of us, part of the solution, part of the healing of our world. And it's not about one person having answers, but together in collaboration, we will/can be a part of the emerging answer. Unity Consciousness.

But also make sure to use tools to support.

Trauma can be triggered by sudden and shocking events, and it's normal to feel overwhelmed in such situations. It's important to recognize that these events can bring up past traumas and fears of safety.

You may have done your self-care work to reset yourself as much as possible, but the message that I keep getting from the Guides is there are a lot of people impacted by the trauma and struggling to find their equilibrium in all of it. This is completely normal, by the way. And I'm sure, like many of you, I went through my own rollercoaster of emotions about what is going on. As an Empath/Highly Sensitive, I had more than one crying session. The Guides came in over and over again with love and compassion and reminding me to use the tools to process & support my human.

But for all of us, when trauma is perpetrated on the planet in such an intense way, and in a sudden and shocking way, it can bring up a lot. And it can take us back to times in our life that we have felt traumatized in this present life, and also past lives, and also could be ancestral trauma coming up – so it can be complicated – but no matter what - trauma is trauma.

Many around the world are going through a great deal of crises and incredibly intense events. Many of us were/are in grief, sad, hurt, shocked, overwhelmed and triggered. With that, our nervous systems have become activated by what we are seeing and experiencing. Make sure to use tools to support yourself to regulate and ground. Also, lean into a ton of compassion and loving-kindness for yourself and others as we move through this time. Be gentle; there are a lot of tender hearts right now.

Also the physical body is also going through its own discomfort related to change and evolution. The vibration on the planet is leveling up and the physical body, being the densest in energy, is having a hard time keeping up. Aches and pains in joints, muscles, digestive issues, weird sensations, and fatigue are all symptoms of the body struggling with the changing frequencies and amplitude in our environment. When the body is confused, the personality/human can tend to judge, label, and blame. Be aware and responsible for your reactions and judgments. Be kind and comforting to your body with understanding, loving-kindness, and compassion.
