2020 was a challenging year for everyone including me...

Not gonna be that guy saying business was a breeze and rubbing it in everyone’s face that we raked it in...

“Swimming in it on autopilot”

It’s just not the case.

We found ways to do better than last year by about 3x in the midst of a pandemic.

But not without facing the challenges head-on and being determined to find ways to do it together as a team.

We pivoted.

We were consistent.

We were persistent.

We invested heavily in our systems and processes.

We made mistakes and we learned from them.

We started training other aspiring agency owners.

And I’d say our biggest success was honing in 3 things.

And our biggest failure was a two-part fail...
