On this episode we sit down and talk with Jasmin from @consioussexuallity, to chat about her journey and mission in starting the conversation around owning your sexuality and your body.

Jasmin talks about suppressing her sexuality as a youth, her experience with the purity movement in the christian community and her journey with Vaginismus once she did experience sex after marriage. We talk about how Jasmin and her Hubby found pleasure and connection in their relationship beyond painful penetrative sex and eventually how she identified, cured and now manages the condition. Through education, boundaries/empowerment, self pleasure, mindset and physiotherapy she is living at cause. Jasmin is now working hard to step in to the silence around womens sexual experiences including Vaginismus to make sure there is a voice out there for others who may be suffering.
