In today's episode, we talk about the difference between having a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, and how to know which one you might have based on your beliefs and how you respond to certain circumstances in life.
The 5 different areas or categories we talk about as they relate to mindset are:
1. What you believe about your own abilities
2. What you believe about failure, or how you approach failure
3. How you respond to criticism
4. How you perceive and how you feel about the success of other people
5. How you handle your own insecurities
I discuss the benefits of having a growth mindset, and I provide you with ways you can start to develop a growth mindset if you happen to find that you actually lean more toward having a fixed mindset.
