Jacob is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength and conditioning coach, and athlete.  Dr. Swart received his doctoral degree in Physical therapy from Ohio University and currently works at Athlete's Potential out of Decatur, Georgia.  Jacob talks about his move from Mississippi to Georgia in pursuit of his goal of providing optimal health care and wellness in a cashed-based Physical Therapy clinic.  He provides great insight on some differences in working for a typical  in-network insurance based practice vs that of a cash based model.  He discusses how he adjusted to some challenges such as moving to another state, public speaking, and playing a more active role in his community in order to better serve his patients.
