Let’s talk self-confidence, self-esteem, body issues, etc. and checking our fucks at the door. Today’s episode is more life centered. Confidence absolutely can bleed over into your business but it 100% starts with you.

On Metal Marvels Instagram I posted a morning quote to get people engaged in an honest conversation. It turned out way better than I ever imagined. People were being real and honest with the struggles they were dealing with. From relationship shit, to work problems, to divorce, and an overwhelming about of body issues, weight issues, self-esteem issues, etc.

It hurts my heart to know that so many people still struggle with this, and I know a SHIT TON of people do. At one point or another, we all do.

The most shitty part about it is that had some other source NOT said we were ugly, fat, weird, less than, we wouldn’t fucking feel this way about ourselves. It’s outside sources pointing out your “flaws” and selling you shit to fix them. It’s magazines and advertising showing you only women who are a size two and perfect. It’s millions of diet ads and workout commercials thrown in your face. It’s people telling you that you don’t look the way you should. So I want to talk to you from a place of experience and how you can get to the place of loving your body and being confident AF in it
