Shavonne grew up in Ventura, California. She moved to Los Angeles in 2004 to attend USC and study engineering. After graduation she began working for Hensel Phelps, a large commercial construction contractor. Thirteen years later, she made the choice to leave construction and launch a men's treatment center for First Responders and Veterans.
