Alexander is the founder and executive director of Trans4m, which is a new type of educational entity that is an integral response to our current “world on fire” that faces massive socio-ecological-economic-and spiritual imbalances that altogether threaten the existence of humanity and the planet.
In this episode we discuss Alexander’s journey to starting this organization, his love for poetry, the ingenious I went through that he led, his PhD thesis, where he made breakthrough discoveries on the leadership capacity of some of the top CEOs in the world. And I think one of the most important things I took away from this experience is Alexander’s inspiration to draw insights from his experiences, failures, and connections to find ways to create a fuller society that helps uncover who we are as a humanity or person and how we can become fully human.
