Episode 3 is devoted towards gratitude. Gratitude can be traced back to animals where they have been known to engage in reciprocal altruism. For me personally, gratitude is an attitude which is enacted and deployed in my actions, behaviours and reasoning. I have offered some practical examples in how we can use gratitude to support positive wellbeing. Rather than fixate and preoccupy one’s self on how bad life is, revolutionise yourself to challenge dated perceptions and myopic reasonings. Most importantly, celebrate champion and ameliorate yourself.
