But changing your mind is actually a show of strength and growth when it comes to your mindset

Think about it this way: If someone continues to maintain the exact same opinion throughout their entire life about a particular topic despite increases in information, wouldn’t you think they’re being a bit dense?

Opening up your perspective and allowing things to shift in your opinions it’s a sign that you’re growing, changing, evolving.

Show up, continue to learn, change your mind when needed.

And if somebody challenges you about it: tell them that you’re growing and learning and you appreciate their support as you continue to expand
