Howdy folks!

This episode is from Rochester NY on the banks of the Genesee River and Lake Ontario. I had the chance to check out the Genesee River Trail while visiting my mother. Very nice trial! It was an even nicer morning for a run! Now after some vacation it's time to get back into my routine. Enjoy!
