Hey guys! So for today's episode I'm talking about my anxiety story since sadly Edwin is not with me today. It's so of out of wack but I'm really just speaking from the heart about my anxiety. I wanted to give you guys a little input about my life and how my anxiety is for me and how it makes me feel, how it impacts my life and how I dealt with it before to how I deal with it now.
