Today I have the absolute pleasure of speaking with Aaron William Daniel Huey, a Men’s Mentor and Life Coach.

As a Carpenter of 17 years, he shares with us his transition from being on the tools, working his way up to site manager on the jobs, and the wake-up calls which eventually led him on a different path. He talks about what it means to be one member of a family unit and team, and shares how he moved through the transition that he’s on successfully - actually creating an opportunity to establish a family brand with everyone getting involved. 

Aaron shares his thoughts on the reasoning behind why there are fewer men in the personal development sphere, and also his personal tools that he employs on a daily basis to maintain his mindset and balance.
