This episode is a Q&A where Matt briefly talks about the UK coming out of lockdown and the impact the last year has had on our activity levels, and this leads into the first question  which centres around the whole 10,000 steps a day craze. He discusses where this concept originated from, the health benefits and if it´s a good way to lose weight. The second question asks whether spot reduction works and how we might reduce those stubborn areas we carry more body fat.
