I used to host a show called the Borealis show with Jess fm where I invited men to talk about their story perspective pain . This show was hugely successful in helping listeners to feel less alone and more understood . My dream is to recreate this ! In today’s episode we will cover 3 more pillars of well-being / relationships/ emotions/ your historyLast episode I talked about the well-being of the body and how the mind is tightly connected to our overall but especially physical health Today we cover how intense relationships can influence our well-being The way we relate to our environment is the same way we relate to ourselves.What happened between age 0-7 years will greatly influence us as adults as well What belief systems did we take over without questioning ?Then I quickly touch on emotionsWhat are emotions and how are they created ? The emotional response we go through gives us a big clue on how healthy we are The last point I want to address is our history Which experiences — consequences— conclusions did we make back then and which filters from the past might be limiting us What story do you tell yourself which holds you back from evolving ? Voila !!
