As team owners and women, we often react emotionally when a member of our organization decides to leave.  But should we?  How do we handle that innate need to curl up in a ball and have a good cry.  Or that all to often tendency to talk about it with others on our team or in our office?

And what do we do when we see that a member needs to change their role within the team?  Do we tell them?  Do we mandate it?  Or do we gently show them the path so they figure it out on their own?
