Glenda Victorio is the CEO and Founder of Brilliant Skin Inc., a gem in the beauty and cosmetic brand in the Philippines. It currently has more than 700 distributors and over 40 franchises. Veteran journalist Korina Sanchez heard about her success and without hesitation, she was given the permit to handle her own product, K Magic Cream.

Brilliant Skin faced its biggest challenge last year when Glenda and her family, together with a few employees got infected with COVID-19.

Their operations were deeply affected as they had to close their factories for two weeks. During this time of crisis, Miss Glenda proved her leadership skills. They had to do major alterations in order to continue the operation of their business. Instead of focusing to their sales, they paid more attention to the well-being of their employees. Being a boss and a leader prevailed. 

Glenda was featured in MVP Bossing Campaign which PLDT launched with the vision of celebrating accomplished stories and highlighting entrepreneurs. Gawad Amerika in Hollywood also recognized her as the Youngest Filipino CEO in the Field of Cosmetics and Skin Care in 2018.
