This is probably the most raw and vulnerable episode I've ever done, and it is urgent. After a lifetime of people pleasing and fawning, three years ago I was confronted with big events that left me no choice but to finally release this behavior. I suddenly couldn't unsee it and how it was completely stifling my integrity, my self-love, and my spiritual growth.
