This is probably the most raw and vulnerable episode I've ever done, and it is urgent. After a lifetime of people pleasing and fawning, three years ago I was confronted with big events that left me no choice but to finally release this behavior. I suddenly couldn't unsee it and how it was completely stifling my integrity, my self-love, and my spiritual growth.

Having the ability to listen to, trust, and act on your intuition is essential to living in alignment. Everyone says you should "trust yourself", and the reality is that it's easier said than done.
