If an idea is for you it comes with the ENERGY required to create it.

In this conversation, I unpack the difference between an idea coming THROUGH you (and therefore you feel it, and there is energy with it) versus ‘taking on’ an idea from a space of should...and the impact of both. 

I’ve realised recently how much it matters that our ideas are ours, and HOW we know they are. How if there is no energy behind an idea, there isn’t what’s created to create it. It just becomes something we ‘should do’

This conversation could be a massive ‘opener’ for you in your creativity and TRUSTING yourself and when you do feel called towards something.
