Like, have you ever set a goal for yourself multiple years in a row? Come Jan 1st, each year, you think: This year will be different! Buttttt... it's not? 

Or, maybe, you show up and set goals that you THINK will bring you joy, only to realize that they aren't really that exciting afterall and you don't REALLY care about them
