If you have your eyes set on 2023 with some big goals in the pipeline, thats fantastic! However, it can be helpful to keep in mind what hasn't worked for you in previous years & break the usual cycle. Setting goals takes some planning but if you take a bit of time to assess where you are at, how you are going to get there, how you are going to measure your progress & be realistic with your strategy, there should be no stopping you in 2023!
