Sometimes the most empowered thing we can do is simply walk away—with grace, trust, and ease. In this episode, we explore how to honour those intuitive nudges that tell us when it’s time to step back or move on. We talk about releasing the need to justify our choices, and how saying no, not now, or this isn’t right for me can be an act of deep self-respect and alignment.
We also invite more lightness into the process—remembering to laugh at ourselves, embrace curiosity, and let go of the constant need to know why things unfold the way they do. Through patience, trust, and a touch of playfulness, we discover that endings can be just as sacred as beginnings.
