When you first start out as an entrepreneur you're normally on your own. This is great, at times, as you just have yourself to worry about but to be honest it can become really lonely.

When I started building a team the game changed for me and it became SO much more fulfilling. But that also comes with its own challenges.

Over the past 8 years I've built a team of hundreds of people. All from different backgrounds and all with completely different personalities and its taught me A LOT about leadership.

How to do it well? How to do it terribly, and all the in-betweens.
