In this week's Saturday Strategy Session, we chat about marketing tips for the bottom of the funnel that will help further nurture and sell to your warm audience.

For your audience to make it all the way to the "invested" step of the customer journey, they need to be both emotionally and financially invested in your business.

At the bottom of the funnel, it is important to be continuing to nurture your warm audience so they become more emotionally invested in you and your brand.   We also use sales ads to encourage them to become financially invested.

Here are the 5 types of ads I use at the bottom of the funnel:

  1.  very specifically chosen long-form content ads
  2. very specifically chosen video content ads
  3. testimonial ads (learn more from Episode 22)
  4. sales ads
  5. abandon cart ads


My top tips for BOF ads:

  • Be ready to play the long game
  • Know your expectations
  • Watch the frequency of the ads
  • Test different campaign objectives
  • Layer these ads into your funnel last (even though they are very enticing with the high ROIs we always hear about)
