In the first episode of 2020, Cuff and Mo speak with the owner of the world famous Swett's Restaurant in Nashville, David Swett, Jr. The guys talk with the 3rd generation restaurateur about the mindset he had to step out on his own after growing up in the shadow of his dad and grandfather. Being that everybody is making the resolution to get in shape for the new year, Swett talks with the guys about how he changed his mindset and eating habits to lose 50 pounds for his 50th birthday. David also gives some real insight on what it's like to fail as an entrepreneur and how he's bounced back to have numerous food based businesses in the Nashville area including having a restaurant set to open in the Nashville airport in the spring.
