Uzma Naqvi is a Holistic Transformational Coach that helps women see the light within them.
Her work revolves around giving you the transformation in every area of your life, a crystal clear vision in each area - starting with BRAIN work; how it functions, limiting beliefs, what they are how they impact your life and strategies to replace them with empowering beliefs - HYPNOTHERAPY can be including depending on any past traumas you want to work on.
Then work on the INNER SELF CONCEPTS; character traits, emotions, feelings, spirituality, CHAKRA HEALING. Then work on every aspect of the OUTER WORLD including health and fitness, relationships, parenting, career, money, friends, fun/adventure, what kind of life you envision and create a crystal clear vision for your life.
She's a mum of 4 boys ranging from 17-1 years old. She also runs a global non-profit organisation which is a youth club and she's working on a book about her personal life journey.
