Your path doesn't have to be straight. Liz Novy will let you know that her path was not that way at all, but her life always held a theme of creating wellness and leading a healthy life. In this podcast Liz will take you through her life from picking a degree in Interior Design to turning down her dream job in order to switch paths and become a nurse. While working as a nurse she saw even more gaps in the healthcare system that needed filling and since has become an Integrative Health Coach.

I was touched by her story and her struggles with 3 close family members getting cancer.  But Liz has always taken life by the horns and made her own path no matter the obstacle. She never once complained about the life she led and I can tell has little or no regrets. She only wants to forge ahead and make the world a better place.
