I go over some of my personal experiences of getting bullied and how it led me where I am today. I share what I want to do and why. The pros and cons of bullying and why bullies become bullies to begin with. I offer some suggestions as to what may be helpful and what can be done. Kids ultimately need our love and attention. The next step can be learning about legitimate self-defense. Training that can help give them confidence to deal with bullies (who also need attention on this matter.) This is certainly not to say that this is going to fix everything but it's something better than just sending your kids back to school expecting things to stop naturally.
