In this Episode we hangout with Peter O. Estévez. He is the Vice President/Co-Founder of BlueSky Bioenergy, SA de CV, a company dedicated to the generation of pure energy, eliminating definitively, ecologically, and immediately all polluting waste that affects our quality of life and our health.
Peter was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. He moved to the United States where he became a successful real estate investor and land developer in the Greater Houston and South Texas areas. With his knowledge in the real estate industry, Peter was brought into Builders Training and Marketing Group as an executive consultant to work with large, national home builders like D.R. Horton, Chesmar Homes, and Ryland Homes of Houston Texas.
In 2012, Estévez formed Acquisitions and Development Group which specializes in the acquisition and development of distressed properties and assets where he continues to generate high-profit margins for his partners and investors.
In 2013, Dongbu Group, a large South Korean conglomerate that produces industry, chemical, shipping, insurance, and financial products needed a Mexican partner to operate the conglomerate. Estévez stepped in to guide the company on diversification and expansion of asset acquisition in Mexico and South America. Later Estévez aided Dongbu Group in taking over Daewoo Electronics.
In 2014, Estévez forged a partnership with Besyata Investment Group. This venture marked another career advancement, as Besyata has nearly $1 billion in assets and real estate investment projects throughout the continental United States.
Estévez has been involved in local, state, and national politics. Peter supports and fund-raises for congressional, senatorial, gubernatorial, and presidential candidates in the Republican Party in Texas and across the country
As a Co-Founder of EGO, Estévez has partnered with Lisa Roper to develop investor relations between America and Mexico in the Energy, Gas, and Oil industries. With his vast knowledge and experience, he will continue to generate high profits for partners and investors from both countries.
