Ben Smith talks with Matt Langford and Ben Ward.

Ben Ward, member of the Mississippi Blood Trailing Network, joins us for Episode 31. After successfully trailing over 100 deer last season, Ben is pretty well seasoned in finding your wounded trophy. Ben takes us through the entire process, from the initial contact to how the dogs work. The Mississippi Blood Trailing Network operates as a free of charge service (tips are greatly appreciated) and is available statewide. In the second half of the show, Ben and Matt discuss the 2022 Mississippi Alligator Season harvest numbers, as well as, a new female state record for length. Also, since this episode was recorded on 9/11, the two detail their feelings and experiences on that date 21 years ago.
