For me, health & fitness is holistic. Its fitness & food, but it's also mindset & wellbeing. This is why I wanted to chat to Emma about the positive impacts that cold water can have on our wellbeing. And what an uplifting episode this was for me to record! Emma is a ray of sunshine & her love of cold water swimming shines through. The mental health & wellbeing boost that cold water brings has been widely reported recently, and many people now swear by it as a major factor to their improved wellbeing. Emma kindly shared with us her own struggle with depression & how cold water swimming & the lifestyle has turned this around for her.
