Since sharing last week, the frame of 'growing older' is supporting a growing sense of choice in what is happening to me (and my humans around me experiencing the same in their own human-ing) and really settling in a sense of ease in the ever changing experience.

Words are forever funny to me in how they can shift what we see in a moment and how quickly they can move those mountains back to moment that has already passed by the time we notice it.
