This is our first week talking about our new October book - The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling! We're starting with chapters 1-8 and we jump right into the book and meet our two main characters, Vivi and Rhys. They share a romantic past but a misunderstanding led to hearts being broken and accidental curses being made? We talk all things accents (which are hot? which are not?)  and also whether or not Rhys actually is cursed. We contemplate Vivi's actions and meet her loveable family - her cousin Gwyn and her Aunt Eileen. Essentially this book is giving us Hallmark channel Halloween movie in book form and we are here for it! We want to move there, go to Something Wicked, the spooky café, the Founders Festival and even the Solstice Revel! Rhys shows up in Graves Glen and is having a hard time there, some wonky magic and a few near death experiences aren't the norm. Did Vivi really curse Rhys?
