There is a painful gap between what people want and what they actually do. If so, today I'm sharing what has helped me make lasting healthy habits with a few tiny changes based on a book from Dr. BJ Fogg, a behavior scientist at Stanford University, titled Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything.

The basic premise of this book is about the power of starting small to create long-term change.  In this book Fogg gives a simple roadmap that I’ll explain in detail as well as one surprising point about habits that will shock you:
Repetition and frequency aren’t the keys to creating lasting behavior changes, it’s something else that may shock you.
