Growing a bond and getting close to someone requires trust in each other. Today we'll use the attachment style theory (suggested by a listener) to discuss how we develop our relationships with people around us and each other.
The attachment style was a theory developed by psychoanalyst John Bowlby and psychologist Mary Ainsworth. This study initially done to explore the bonds that infants form with their caregivers which now is also analysed through other types of bonds with other relationships.
Not going to lie, this quiz was a bit more challenging to answer than other quizzes we’ve done. It hit many feels and took us back down our childhood memory lane which uncovered a lot of feelings we haven’t felt in a long time. Listen in to find or more about how we found the quiz and the results.
