Today I’ve made a big decision about my work. I'm leaving the coaching industry.
The deepest part of me knows this is right for me but another part of me is screaming at me saying “what are you doing???”
I’m trying not to listen to her.
You have all witnesses parts of my journey over the last 18 months so my decision may not be such a surprise to you. But I also know that some of you in my community won’t understand it, and that's OK.
As with any big change, I'm feeling tender and nervous but relieved and assured that I’ve done the right thing.
I'm stepping forward and through.
