As we enter the "New Year" we are processing and self reflecting on ourselves and what things, habits, behaviors, and even mindsets we would like to carry moving forward. Which bags are we willing to carry and which are we willing to thank for the lessons, but release? Mirror, mirror on the wall - we even admit that we haven't always had it all (all together that is).
