Constructing a Family Tree has become accessible to the average person with DNA tests like Ancestry, 23andMe, Migration and FTDNA. But investigators are now solving 50 year old cases thanks to these tests, and the people that have placed their results in DNA databases. But when a 14 year old boy found a mutilated body of a woman and a baby near a river in Pennsylvania on cold December day 1976, detectives were left wondering who they might be. On this week’s episode we tackle the case of Evelyn Colon and the mysterious identification of Beth and Baby Doe of Pennsylvania.
