I've never spoken publicly on this and it's a tough pill to swallow and I'm getting real vulnerable here, but I want people to remember that we're all human at the end of the day. We're all out here just trying to do our best.
In this episode, I get real and honest about my binge eating disorder, where I am in recovery, my triggers, how it developed, and where we're still not hitting the mark in the fitness influencer space.
We've improved drastically but we can always grow and learn and I want consumers to be aware of the dangers and be informed enough to make their own educated decision. Problem is, I am still trying to overcome my fears and disordered eating habits. I am still trying to heal and recover. I am still trying to gain the confidence around food to share my reality.
