Hey my Wreckage Clearers! It is time to discuss the fourth A, Acceptance. I hope you accept this? Lol!! You cannot accept what you don't acknowledge or admit neither can you acknowledge what you are not aware of? What does it mean to accept and what it looked like for me at that time in my life is what I get to share with you today. however, even now in my life, Acceptance just may be the answer to all of my problems as I must practice the first three a's in order to be able to sit with the fourth one, acceptance.
