How do you find true rest? I'm talking about the kind of rest and peace that sustains you through the valley AND mountaintop seasons. The kind of rest that others look at your life and ask you how you seem to be handling it so well.

That kind of rest only comes from surrendering to the Lord. And the only way we can truly surrender to the Lord is to build a relationship with Him. You can't build a relationship with someone without getting to know their character.

Tune in to hear how pursuing biblical literacy leads to true rest and peace as you learn about the character of God. We walk through some specific Psalms of David that he wrote while he was being hunted down by his father-in-law, King Saul.
