Gossip, drama, unnecessary chaos that we allow in and create ourselves and it has a HUGE ripple effect in our lives and the cost is huge.

I really gave you some insights into my own journey with my ‘mess’ over the past few years, how I cleaned it up and what I was willing to lose and risk in order to know myself as someone who’s space is clear. 

The past few months I noticed where I have overstepped the mess in fear of not being liked or needing to please people who were important realising that I was over giving and over functioning and that was really causing energy to be blocked in my life as I was going for my new dreams. It felt challenging, uncomfortable but how I’ve also learnt why it's so important.
