Hestia is the Wise Woman, Goddess of the Hearth & Temple.

Unlike Artemis and Athena, who were the virgin goddesses who manifested their strengths EXTERNALLY to achieve goals and implement plans for change, Hestia's true strength is found when she moves internally.

In the episode, I talk about the positive aspects of an embodied Hestia woman, the shadow qualities of the archetype, how to integrate the shadow aspects, and how to catalyze more of the Hestia woman in your life.
