Anti-fragility is not only being tough and being able to weather out the fight. Physically anti-fragile is important, and on today's talk we are talking about being mentally anti-fragile. Being able to entertain 2 separate competing ideas at the same time. When a person with a competing idea (politics, fitness, religion...) talks with you, do you get agitated? Does your blood pressure rise? Do you want to fight that person? This is a good sign that you are mentally fragile. There is strength being able to stay cool when talking about competing ideas.
