Meet Maddy Sloan. For the past 11 months, she has worked in Josh’s personal team, firstly as a Buyer Manager and now as Lead Qualifier. After being encouraged by her mother to try her hand at real estate, given her proclivity for building relationships, Maddy shadowed a local real estate agent. However, she soon found herself in real estate administration followed by a Communications & Business university degree which she quickly decided wasn’t the right fit.
Reaching out to Josh, Maddy eventually secured a much sought-after position in the Mr Sell Team. As the first point of contact in Josh’s business, Maddy has a very important role. Learning and operating within their four-person team, she brings a different energy and approach to working with clients. In this episode, Josh and Maddy chat about the team’s growth over the past year and their direction in 2023. With big plans for the future, Maddy is one young agent to watch in the future.
