Hi angels, You must do the spiritual work in conjunction with working on your body….in my humble opinion.

I’ve worked with women over the years as a personal trainer and coach. I’ve worked on myself for years training and focusing on my fitness. Then my breast explant journey made me shift to a period of focus on the spiritual work. It awakened me to the power that lies in the inner self discovery of aligning with your authenticity.

I discovered that no matter how much you work on your physical body, if you don’t do the ‘inner’ or soul work, you’re not going to get the results you want to have. As much as you can do all the spiritual work in the world and if you don’t take care of your body you're still not going to have your desired results.

In today’s episode I want to empower you to take care of your body and soul. A woman's power lies in the integration of both!
