It's being said that the real estate market will lead us out of this recession. Prior to the pandemic, the housing shortage, high rents and historical systemic racial oppression have kept Blacks out of home ownership. The tragedy of George Floyd seems to have forced the hand of the country to swiftly right some historic wrongs. In this episode we take an in depth look at those wrongs and talk about what's occurring locally -- are we finally going to level the playing field?
