Today is a real talk episode where I share something I am learning in the hopes that you, too, can benefit from it.  The lessons stem from me beginning a new chapter working with a local not-fo-profit which is taking me outside my home office for the first time in over a decade.  There have been some STRUGGLES!

First up is how surprised I was at my reaction to wearing shoes all day every day.  (Who knew?!?!)  Secondly, I am trying to figure out how all the beautiful souls who have worked outside their homes get things done - like laundry and cleaning.  (It is a whole new journey for me!)  And lastly, I am learning how to balance this beautiful new opportunity with my coaching business and podcast along with my life.  In the lessons, I am reaching for new rhythms and processes while also practicing being patient with myself.  I hope you will take a listen and find something to laugh at or contemplate for your own life.  And if you have helpful tips, please send DM on my socials below.  Your girl needs some help.
